The Solution
- External works, hard landscaping materials complements the house and add to the feeling of domesticity and good quality
- Street designed as places for people to meet, curves and traffic calming measures keeps speed down to safe level
- Variety of housing forms incorporated into layout
Achievements
- Each property has been designed with a strong consideration for security; front and rear bedroom has been provided to increase surveillance in addition to doors and windows installed to ‘Secured-by-Design’ standards.
